Appearance

Kal is petite, with short purple hair, a two-toned blue crop top and matching blue capri leggings. Purple straps hold her robot to her back, matching the cuffs of her blue shoes.

Background

Kal is on the run. She's the only person ever to escape Iris Dominion territory and live to talk about it. Or sing about it, as is her hobby. Born and raised in Dominion territory, Kal is one of many children conscripted to become Possessors - the country's covert infiltration force. However, she was always enamored with the oceans and the outside world. After the chaos of Five Nations War died down, a curious, sentient robot washed ashore in the Dominion, no bigger than her, and it was immediately seized. Both Kal and the robot sought freedom, and together they escaped. Kal's existence isn't acknowledged by her homeland, but it certainly wants her silenced.

Robots and Abilities

Kal is a machineless commander, allowing players to equip her onto any Evasive Class Robot.

Her Commander Ability is "Wallflower", which gives robots under the player's control Jamming 1 as long as they are next to terrain. Whenever an enemy attacks a robot with Jamming, the player can decide to spend 1 energy in order to force an accuracy reroll.

This commander is interesting for players who don't want to be stuck adding a specific robot to their team simply because their commander forces them to. As long as there is a non-commander specific Evasive Class robot on a player's team, they can use Kal as their commander.
